History - Philosophy – Vision

The history of Le Premier begins in 2011, when Antonello, executive member of the then well-known restaurant brand and awarded with 5 stars, decides to make a business leap by founding Le Premier.

 

10 whole years have passed since then,

  • 10 whole years of incredible flavors
  • 10 years of quality coffee & food!
  • 10 years of faithful application of the strictest hygiene rules!
  • 10 years of selection of the best raw materials, such as: Extra virgin olive oil of Kalamata. Cold cuts from Thrace, Cheeses from Nounou, apples from Zagori and many, many more!

After 10 years, Antonello and the whole team managed to create an Athenian hangout  place for flavorful  coffee or brunch, for freshly squeezed juice or tea with rich aromas.

A meeting point & rest area for all employees & residents but also passers-by of Kolonaki, that we all know each other, with our first names.

Kostas from the office near the museum who likes to drink his coffee with medium sugar while eating a homemade cheese pie and a croissant and who starts a diet again from tomorrow.

Eleni from the hair salon in Lycabettus, who is always undecided but always orders Freddo sweet.

Thanasis the computer guy, from Syntagma who always wants his espresso at 3:15 in the afternoon (that’s when he wakes up from a whole night of "work") always with 2-3 fresh sandwiches,

and many more, we all become a companionship at Le Premier!

Our goal is to offer our customers quality flavors, by always choosing products of Greek origin & exceptional quality.

Our vision is to see every day our customers smiling and satisfied so they will talk about us with joy, from the beginning of the day with a coffee… and our delicious side meals.. But also at noon with a delicious brunch or something that is cooked to order, let's say a juicy burger or a delicious club sandwich!
